The Derbyshire Partnership Forum (DPF) was formed because organisations recognised that by working together on a wide range of issues they could improve services and better meet local people's needs.
The DPF is supported by a number of partnerships and task groups who are responsible for ensuring the delivery of agreed priorities.
A diagram illustrating the structure and a list of our members and representatives is attached to this page. You'll also find a short guide to communication and engagement, outlining the ways people can get involved.
Terms of reference which set out the purpose, aims and objective of the partnership are attached to this page.
All partners have signed up to our Information Sharing Protocol. This protocol was established so that information can be shared between the public, private and voluntary sectors so that he public receive the services they need. It is attached to this page. You'll also find completed examples of Information Sharing Agreements from the Derbyshire Music Partnership and the Derbyshire Constabulary to aid you in the completion of your Information Sharing Agreements.
